At Ni3 we want to make sure that you get maximum business value from using your Ni3 platform. Every Ni3 implementation contains a user training program that delivers the functional training required to operate Ni3 and features business scenarios that we develop to suit your real-world context.
At Ni3 we believe in practice-based action learning and therefore advocate running post-deployment workshop sessions in which we build on concrete individual user experiences to further develop your particular usage of Ni3. These trainings are an integrated part of our implementation methodology.
Training Programs
Ni3 training programs are always role-based. We offer the following modules:
- Ni3 basic user training: functional base training as part of Ni3 implementation.
- Ni3 advanced user training: case scenario and experience driven in depth training for identification of opportunities and engagement strategies.
The Ni3 admin console allows you to take full ownership for setting up your own Ni3 instances and manage your user base. Ni3 admin console trainings distinguish 2 different roles, the developer and the user administrator role. Both trainings lead to a formal user certification.
