Job Description / Responsibilities | Ni3 AG is searching for experienced Project Managers, to be responsible for all aspects of client-side implementation and system integration of the Ni3 family of enterprise application solutions. Ni3 Project Managers (PM) will act as functional and technical experts, guiding customers through requirements definition, configuration, and deployment of Ni3 solutions. In addition to defining project requirements, the PM will identify and resolve project issues, manage scope and budget, oversee design, development, testing, and deployment activities, and liaise with client business and IT staff. The PM may also assist with pre-sales activities such as creating proposals and participating in sales calls as needed. Main responsibilities: · Hands-on end to end project management for successful delivery of Ni3 enterprise implementation projects at customer locations. · Coordinate customer, technical teams, and third-party dependencies and tasks to successfully deliver Ni3 solutions. · Responsible for capturing customer requirements and project scope in a Blueprint (Functional Specification) deliverable, including identifying data sources (internal, external, end user) that are required to satisfy the scope and objective of the project. · Create and execute deployment plans across multiple projects and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. · Manage customer expectations through formal and informal communications. · Provide technical direction for the configuration and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation. · Manage multiple technical and functional resources within budget and project schedule. · Manage User Acceptance Testing to verify successful adherence to Functional Requirements. · Ensure appropriate knowledge transfer to and delivery of training to end users (frequently also train-the-trainer approach), support regarding operational change management for new administrative and user roles. · Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. |
Qualifications / Experience | · Experience of managing complex high-value enterprise application implementation projects. · Experience working in a Professional Services organisation (preferably an enterprise software product vendor or technology service line of a consultancy). · Hands-on experience and proven capability to work with data and databases. · 5+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. · Experience deploying enterprise CRM, ERP and/or IdM solutions ? eg. SAP, Oracle, etc. · Consultative business process analysis. · Direct involvement in delivering complex technical systems in an external customer facing environment. · Customer facing communications and relationship management. · Capturing business and technical requirements from customer. · University degree with Bachelor or Masters degree. |
