Job Description / Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Executive you will be tasked with the challenge to grow and expand our customer base of large accounts in Europe while earning a compensation package which includes a strong base and uncapped commission potential.   Your primary mission is to create new business opportunities and close business with companies that have more than 1000 employees.  Your proven track record in enterprise software sales for applications aimed at sales/marketing audiences will allow you to quickly understand our product, enabling you to hit the ground running.  Your outstanding communication and language skills (both written and verbal) will establish credibility with senior level executives and will get you that time with the decision maker to drive the Ni3 value proposition and close the deal.  Your experience with both transactional and consultative sales will ensure that you are successful at growing a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.  Although you will focus primarily on closing new business, you will also be tasked with maintaining existing relationships and cross-selling/ up-selling opportunities within your account base.  Your role here will involve travelling approximately 40 - 60% of the time, as needed.  If you are a self-motivated, ambitious sales professional that wants to work with an outstanding product line and a successful, growing company leader, explore this opportunity today!

Qualifications / Experience

·         At least 8 years experience in enterprise software sales to large accounts, in at least one of the following: ERP, CRM, Integration/Middleware, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analysis Applications, Data Warehousing/Mining solutions.

·         Proven track record in Key Account Management and complex consultative sales.

·         Experience selling to the pharmaceutical, financial services, or FMCG industries.

·         Well developed network with relationships to enterprise vendors like Oracle, SAP, IBM, Microsoft, etc.

·         Experience in meeting and/or exceeding assigned quotas - 3 of past 5 years preferred.

·         Proven experience in managing a territory, prospecting, and managing multiple client relationships to close.

·         University degree.
